  1. I'm 5 mins in: What do you mean???!!! People drop people off and ‘split’ all the time. Why on Earth would they stick around to catch a charge... I can't tell you how many times I just shot up with a bunch of strangers--on a first name basis only--(if that!) That's why a lot of colleges had to enact the Good Samaritan legislation to ensure that people would be more concerned about the safety of an unconscious person then their own legal trouble..
