  15. Plus, the case with circumstantial. Never go bench trial. It's your defense attorney's job to explain how hard it is she convict someone. Most defense attorneys are lazy or they don't understand that normal jurors think that prosecutors and defense attorneys are playing by the same rules. Their not. It's not just whoever makes a better argument wins. No. One person does not have to make an argument at all. Because you start out believing they got the wrong guy--he's presumed Innocent all the way until you reach verdict. But the prosecution needs prove that he IS the right guy by 1) Defeating the presumption 2) creating a level of certainty to where you cannot name one reason why he might not be guilty. 3) if a jury thinks that he's most likely guilty ---» That juror, by law, MUST vote NOT GUILTY... 👆🏾 Look up the Reasonable Doubt chart on Google Images... So anyways, just get the defense attorney that understands Reasonable Doubt and the burden of proof...
