  2. She didn't judge the officer. She asked whether you're allowed to say that as a cop. Basically can you editorialize on a ongoing arrest.. In other words even if he did think she was pathetic or whatever his personal feelings were is he allowed to voice those opinions while acting in the color of law. That's what she meant. I actually think it's hilarious that she was asking that.. And also, I think it's it's hard to conclusively say what the relationship is between alcohol and one's personality when one's personality isn't a static factor, and alcohol isn't a stable variable either: you can drink more or less of it. At higher doses it affects people differently than on lower doses; and medium doses affect people differently. Not to mention she's been smoking weed. Does being twisted affect someone's personality??
