Knows damn well the if you are even remotely in the driver seat of a car that smells like weed (legal or not) they're going to push you through FSTs.. Not only does he not do this, but he goes on to further say I do not see any signs of impairment. What??? But he does say I would feel better if you just kind of waited it off for maybe 20 minutes before driving again. What cop is just going to be that chill? Imagine watching a DUI body cam video online where the girl goes can I just like hang out in my car for 20 minutes? Can you let me sober up and then I'll just split? Because every drunk girl asks to be followed home. And they're probably met with a denial. And even if he's not going to do field sobriety test he could have at least you know have her step out and at least check or examine her for HGN
