Otherwise LE wouldn't be acting like this 911 was like the Holy Grail. And if the killer listens to it the FBI's fucked and the state of Idaho is fucked and all that hard work is over. Either that or they suspect the roommate herself, and her cry-acting is so abysmal that she gets a lawyer right away. And refuses anymore interviews.. She doesn't give a shit anymore that she's free to go whenever she wants.
