  5. To all those ignorant of the laws of the United States: Unfortunately, the 🐀 didn't commit an offense that *legally* warrants no bail. They don’t have enough on him yet. He can only be held for 90 days without being charged with anything. It's called habeas corpus. It's there so that we don't turn into a totalitarian state like the Soviet Union.
