  1. I love how if you're an uncreative attorney you have to use the standard technical legal parlance of “demeanor” for anything relating to somebody's comportnent... Like it's the textbook HornLaw term for a subject's “temperament” as described by a witness.. It's just funny how if you watch enough trials, you just hear so many lawyers just go, “And the demeanor and the demeanor of this and the demeanor that and what about the demeanor did you see the demeanor? The love you have for your child is not the same type of ‘in love’ or ‘out of love’ you have for your spouse. Now your spouse on the other hand is literally just somebody you met one day and who's not part of your family in any type of biological way, and then you two get along so well that you decide to permanently cohabitate. That's all a spouse is. That's why your spouse does not share any DNA with you. Your spouse did not come out of you. Your children come out of you out of your being. ☝🏾 This is why people kill their spouse over custody. If you ask anybody on the planet who would they kill first their spouse or their children: I would bet you a million dollars that everybody would HAPPILY say spouse first..🥇
