  2. They're working around it by charging him with 17 counts of child abuse and then they're charging him with 17 counts of criminal negligence. Basically, are arguing that he should have a responsibility for the children. It's kind of like if a residency student doesn't pass her residency exams but decides to pretend she's a doctor. And she starts operating on people. If she messes up and accidentally kills somebody. Her negligence is Criminal because she knew that by not having full training she could have cost somebody their life due to her inexperience and lack of knowledge.

  4. This is why every day I need you to realize that prosecutors are evil. It's the defense attorneys that are the good guys. The world's upside down. Prosecutor can literally do whatever he wants and figure out a way to charge somebody.. And if the jury comes back not guilty they don't face any punishment...
