  1. The defense made GREAT arguments. The people are just too stooped to understand that. I mean I get that they've never been on debate team but it's not that complicated. 1) Youre given a set of facts 2) You evaluate the legal constraints and resulting jeapordy. 3) Then you're tasked with making the best arguments in favor of your client’s position. This Defense Attorney did an excellent job of instilling doubt. One commentor said he sucked b/c he admitted he “doesn't know” 👆🏾 Thats the WHOLE POINT of REASONABLE DOUBT !!!! Uncertainty is your greatest weapon... One commentor said “Colin isn't on trial. What a dunmy." ⭐ No, youre the duhhmi for not realizing what 3rd Party Culpability is. ⭐ 3rd Party Culpability is when the jury could reasonably infer the guilt of a 3rd party. The 3rd party culpability must be established in a pre-trial hearing before it can be argued in front of the jury... Lay Americans have like a zero IQ
