  5. THIS ! First of all, a two-year plea deal suggest that the state's case is weak. Second of all, why is the defense's best witness, the alleged victim. I know EXACTLY what type of kid he is: He's basically your school shooter profile. Like the VT shooter or Columbine. They are extremely smart, autistic and socially awkward. They literally have no regard for other people or other people's feelings. That's not an insult; it's like a psychological disorder like antisocial personality disorder. Now depending on how much their parents deter their behavior, they could actually prevent a Nik Cruz.. Everybody in the comments would be equally outraged if they just let this kid run wild keep getting arrested keep getting expelled and then he shoots up the school...

The neurologist said he has congenital (from birth) psychiatric issues.. You could say he should have been sent off to boot camp. Send him off to the military so he can get some structure. Next thing you know he's familiar with weapons.. I grew up with these kids. I was physically harmed by these kids. And I stood up for myself and I said I'm not sitting in the same classroom with these kids. And my parents had to move me to a different school because the administration was doing NOTHING. If you listened to the testimony you would have realized that he literally had a solid third and fourth grade. I mean he literally testifed to the fact that what caused his imprisonment in the box was his own explosive and unpredictable violent and sociopathic conduct..

Psychiatric medication doesn't just fall off trees.. She explains that this kid antisocial personality disorder. He easily could have murdered them. He's smart enough to murder them. Take Nik Cruz but give him a 170 IQ..

  12. It doesn't require an extremely disciplined psyche to just turn off the talking heads. And just listen to HIS testimony and the defense OPENING. Put 98% of the comments are people having apoplectic seizures from hearing ideas and suggestions that challenge their positions.. That's why I respect defense attorneys. Because it's literally them against the entire media industrial complex. And they win on EVIDENCE. And they win in the COURTROOM. I don't think digesting the legal questions in this case REQUIRE an academic temperament but it wouldn't hurt to adopt one..
