How many people are just willing to deprive people of the 6th amendment depending on how outrageous they feel the crime is. Guess what someone's going to find your crime more outrageous than his. That's when you have a Marxist dictatorship where killing white babies is not a crime but racial insensitivity is punishable by death. And in this Marxist dictatorship there's no 6th Amendment.
