Plus she knew what the defense attorney was trying to ask her. She was deliberately being obtuse. She said to the detective that the baby sleeps with her in her bed. And now she's saying I mean in my bed or outside my bed it's the same thing...

  19. How many trials have you watched bro? Google why leading questions are allowed on cross-examination. Imagine doing cross-examination without leading questions. Cross examination is supposed to be CONFRONTATIONAL and ADVERSARIAL. It's not like direct examination where you just ask them “tell me a story. Okay and then what happened? ”
