  1. Why would the earlier drafts be admitted into evidence and published to the jury? Why is the jury being made to consider what could have been or what might have been. If I was Amber's lawyers I would fight like hell to make sure that the jury sees NONE of that. You can't be punished for your ideas in America. You can't be punished for things that you planned on doing but you actually didn't do. The jury should only weigh the conduct of which she is being accused of...SMH 🤬
