I love how everyone is all conflicted. You have one group that fell asleep and missed 6th grade civics class. And you have the other group that knows what the 6th amendment reads--but STILL believes she doesn't deserve a new trial because she's been found guilty by a compromised jury. I don't know whether to chalk it up to idiocy or venality. Whether she's innocent or guilty is COMPLETELY irrelevant. The question is do all human beings deserve a fair trial? The judge doesn't go hey before I conduct this trial I need to know whether you're guilty or not. If you're guilty we will still hold the trial but do you won't have any of the American Constitutional rights. You'll get a compromised jury, you won't get a lawyer, and you won't get to cross-examine anybody. But if you're innocent, you'll get a fair trial. 👆🏾 This is sound logic apparently for mor 50% of the respondents to this video. I don't know whether to blame the failing schools or just fluoride in the water. How can people be this dumb???

@Jason5000 It's sad that people vote this way and think this way. We are adults people! One lady wrote, “She doesn't deserve a fair trial because she's evil and she's exactly where she belongs” This makes our society so ripe for propaganda...smh
