  3. ​ @agapelove2853  What does empty chairs in you making it about emotion have to do with whether a 14 year old can sign contracts and can legally vouch for himself. Legally, if you make a contract a 14-year-old, that contract will not be recognized by U.S courts because our courts recognize that a 14 year old does not have the mental disposition and maturity to sign ANY contract. Even in conservative States, you can't even get married until you're 16. So that would make the age of consent 16. Nowhere in the United States has an age of consent at 14 years old.

  6. ​ @agapelove2853  The empty chairs have nothing to do with whether a 14 year old knows right from wrong. But if he's 14 he obviously knows right from wrong. But if he's 14 should he be punished like someone that's had the benefit of brain maturation up to 18 and above? That's a 14th Amendment, Equal Protection issue. Also an 8th Amendment issue. But it's totally fair to point out the inconsistency of the law. Look at how many hearings we had to go through two sentence the Oxford Shooter to Life instead of Death. And then we had to go through like 10 more hearings to decide whether we're going to give him life or life with the possibility of parole.. And we had all of these physicians and psychiatrists and therapists and philosophers testify about“ What is the Good?” That thing went on forever... ☝🏾 But it's because the Supreme Court of your state is definitely going to review any life sentence on a child. So they were basically trying to do all their leg work on the front end... 🤷🏾‍♂️
