  7. Wait I'm a little confused? Because Court TV does not believe in showing gavel to gavel coverage..🤬 Anyways, either the charge or the theory of the case seems so dubious. They still have to PROVE (b.a.r.d) that those SPECIFIC texts that was sent at those SPECIFIC times we're the ones that DISTRACTED her. And that the homicide took place BECAUSE she was distracted... ☝🏾 That seems extremely hard to prove. I think she's just being charged with texting and driving and not vehicular manslaughter. That might explain the one year max penalty..
