  1. That's such a leap to think that he would kill Susan Berman specifically because she would have been a witness. There are so many holes in that theory it's not even funny. 1) assume she would be a witness 2) assumes that Robert durst killed Kathy Durst. 3) Robert durst doesn't have to kill a witness in a trial that never happened.
