  1. The judge should not be crying it shows bias. The defendant can bring that up on appeal. It just looks so bad. It's basically saying what you did was so heinous that I can't even control myself in my appearance of neutrality. The judge cannot even control herself that's how heinous this person is. He's basically saying you're such a monster that I can't be neutral and unbiased
