  1.  @WeAreHere-42  All my bad trips taught me exactly the very things my ego was too pussy to confront. Eventually, regardless of how unable or weak you think you are, your soul gets acclimated to what you're running from, consequently forcing you to deal with it even when sober. So bad trips are essentially beneficial shortcuts, people who avoid them don't even know themselves or why they bother living.
