The beauty of time travel is you don't need to physically be transported to the time you wish to witness. Only your conscious awareness is needed, meaning with the right technique, substances and navigation, you can have a dream, vision or hallucination about the future (or past) without exiting your corpse, just ejecting your mind until it magnetically snapped back to your vessel.

@paulrevere47 Tesla wasn't limited by anything more than the technology and society of his time. He would've accelerated the advancement of any era he would've been born in.

@S400-i6c Had all the investment Nikola Tesla wished we put into these fields, I could point you to how long you would need to find that out, but you're asking for something that won't help you. That's like asking what your skeleton would look like in a million years. It's futile and useless, but if you wanted to know, you'd need to sacrifice greatly to meaninglessly find an answer to such abstract questions... 50 years in complete meditation breakthrough would be a prerequisite.
