  4. As for the 2nd, have you looked at Jay Leno's private possessions of first generation electric vehicles? They go in on it but that comment section is succulent. I know it existed before but it was like a gameboy compared to a PS4. It was newground, still steampunkish and very primitive, but in all its respect extremely impressive at the time, for our species that is. Now. Tesla may not be a genius, but in all my years I've learned that geniuses come in 2 categories, starting with the scholar who can also make breakthrough discoveries in their incessant grunt work & study, #1 the savant: Nikola Tesla, just pumping out tons of inventions & doctrine; #2 The connector: Elon Musk, putting things that exist together to make them work better, even his business success counts in this, you need money to make things happen. Sages are those who put it all together. But that's a story for another audience.

  7. Relax... He was testing the waters with that tweet plus he was obviously overworked. It may not have been the smartest decision or delivery but what's done is done. However no one can deny staying a public company was doing more harm than good and I take every uneducated opinion here with a grain of salt, because going private is basically like Trump trying to make the borders and country private. You can't get anything done until you put up boundaries. He was restrained so he went down an untraveled path. Now we see where it goes.
