Imagine crafting your personality around what a woman will or won't approve of.... If you like anime or gaming and you minimize and limit it IN HOPES THAT she won't mock you or reject you for it, you already lost. That's not masculinity. Compromising your interests in fear of what others might think is the most BAAAAAAAAAYYYYTTAAAAAAAAHHHHH faiI I can think of.

Michael B Jordan, Samuel Jackson, Chris Brown, Henry Cavill are all big nerds. They're all gamers and/or anime fans at heart. This was just the top off my head, the list is a lot longer.

@boits88 Tapering off to achieve your goals is the way to go, BUT if you relinquish them entirely & "grow out of them", you lost. You lost the game & your lost part of you, for what? Conformity? Competition? Insecurity? It's all mediocre. Just achieve greatness & do what makes you happy simultaneously....
