I still strongly think breads were most useful in the iron age, where calories were constantly burned from the lack of cars and heavy garments. The only sugar we should be consuming is in our newly developed pastries the past never had, but only in moderation. We don't need as much bread or too much sugars. All this pasta and cereals is completely unnecessary now. We learned how to thrive & cultivate better & smarter.
