  2. She is completely and absolutely right. Joe Rogan brings highly educated specialists and scientists on his podcast EXTREMELY often and this has been proven and observed. Carbs, sugar, grains, those make you fat as shit. Meat, either too much wild game or even just a little farm-raised, hormone-packed, highly stressed meats is bad for your organs, especially your heart.
