  1. Because it's all in pure dissolved liquid, the proteins don't need to be as extensively broken down as food. Also, your body rehydrates faster than it digests, so the protein rich water will enter your bloodstream faster. Then there's the fact that you're winded and tired. So protein synthesis will be at its peak meaning your body will prioritize your shake over anything else. Then there's the fact that drinking it right after working out won't take as long in general.

  2. MatriXz You lost me at step 1. You have obviously never tried psychedelics, which makes me question your entire theory. Psychedelics have been mind-altering substances that unlock certain parts of the brain that can never be even remotely touched by thought alone.... There's a reason they're so potent. Why you feel a spiritual and mental connection to people around you and to a higher being. Now you can call him god, light, aliens, whatever. But denying psychedelics and insisting that you can achieve a greater self just cause you want to is arrogance. You can't deny tools that have been available for thousands of years just because you resent drugs. Chemical ones okay. But natural ones, no. Do some research before writing an entire essay that loses credibility by the first 3 lines...
