All those factors add up to a tremendous amounts in our bodies. The fasting increases it by 1600%. The sauna 300% to 1200%. The weightlifting by varying amounts reaching as high as 600%. There's studies on this, we know the facts already. Stay natural, just be wise, employ all the tools and techniques at our disposal within us already.
