It's not about that. If you've got that weight naturally because of genetics, fine. It's about having that as an ideal and trying to lose weight. Being that thin isn't healthy, and you likely weren't healthy at that time either. However, you actively tried to do something about it, and I admire that effort. I used to be really thin, ribs showing, etc. That wasn't healthy, but I was in the same position as you. I ate 3 full plates of food, every single meal. I worked out regularly to try to gain muscles. I know that it's difficult.
