I really don't get the whole marijuana thing. I think it should be illegal, but a 10 year prison sentence still seems quite harsh. 2 years seems reasonable. Still, marijuana isn't very harmful for the body, and isn't even on par with tobacco in terms of how addictive it is, yet cigarettes are legal just because it's widespread already? That logic is messed up. I really can't agree with it. I also do realize that it'd be extremely difficult to ban it, but it would be good if it was.
