  1. I agree with that one random guy on the street, a medical license is a bit absurd for a tattoo artist, but to say that a tattoo artist could/should have a particular license wouldn't be bad. As some of the people who are for having a medical license say, there are risks involved, but at the same time, you don't have a welder learn CNC just because it's a related subject. At the same time, a tattoo artist learning about everything else regarding medicine would be absurd.
