@zero1action27 The national guard is not for police enforcement and state police have to get a lot of paperwork done just to follow someone across state borders. You'd need a national police force rather than state police if you want to solve that issue even if the FBI does not exist.

@ZakariaImrani-jp3pl Nobody cares, also, if you know Arabic then you can write the same text that is present in the Quran. If you knew things about your religion then you'd also know that there were multiple versions of it until one ruler had all of them collected, got rid of the ones he didn't like by burning them and distributed copies of the version he did like. The Quran only holds the words of that ruler. Know your history, fool.
