@plectro3332 If it's found out that someone deliberately lied in a police report, they can be charged for it. So for that reason the credibility is a bit higher even if it's not proven. Someone who hasn't even done that has very little credibility unless actual proof exists and is provided.

@TrykusMykus Not only that, but many believe sociopaths are all criminals. In reality they are just more likely to be criminals because of their absence of morals. Or rather, they have morals when it's suitable for themselves.
