I feel like the game should've had more promotional work done through videos and story set outside of the game. Something to build engagement with the characters and the story. It also should've been advertised a lot more, particularly those videos. For something they invested so much money into, it really didn't have much advertising. Would it still have been a huge failure? Maybe, probably even, but they really didn't do a good job marketing it either.
