@highertest Your argument really just fell of a cliff the moment you mentioned addons, sorry about the loss. It will be remembered fondly. On a more serious note, you are sort of correct, but far from the point where I'd agree.

@maxgehtdnixan4913 I feel like it's death by a thousand cuts, which is just not fun, regardless of whether it's easy or difficult.

@maxgehtdnixan4913 Maybe I'm crazy, but doing a dungeon fifty times over is not something I'd want to do. Besides, I think the primary problem with WoW is visual clarity and randomness, not difficulty. The difficulty comes from piss-poor visual clarity and randomness leading to abilities stacking and potentially wiping you out, purely due to bad luck. Quaking going off when you need to stack for a boss mechanic? Get fucked. It's just poor design, even if it's not necessarily difficult.

@maxgehtdnixan4913 I'm going to assume that regardless of difficulty we can all agree that there are many poor design decisions involved.

@jointser1008 Dragonflight fixed professions? Since when? They are certainly more interesting, but fixed? You end up relying on other people to level up your own skill after a certain point. Overall it's a huge leap in the right direction, but I still wouldn't say it's great. As for talents, those are fine. Some classes and specs do need balancing, but overall it is good. I feel like it could've been greatly simplified by having a branching tree instead of a grid which would likely be a good thing for more casual players, but the current system is just fine for me. The theorycrafting for minmaxing will always be quite niche and those who don't do it will simply follow, but I think that's fine. The issue in my eyes is combat. The vast majority of specs have a short window of burst, outside of it they are about as dangerous as a newborn puppy. Though to be fair, that has been a problem ever since WoD. The prior expansions did have burst windows, but the consistent damage was also more important.

@jagosvujovic2086 I'm talking about M+ mechanics stacking with boss mechanics, but sure. I am aware that they have removed some affixes, wasn't aware Quaking had been removed since I rarely play M+ these days. It's just one of those things that I remember being a massive issue before. If you were thinking I was talking about boss mechanics stacking, you're really just an idiot.
