Out of all the starting vaults, is there a single one which has been properly equipped for providing food for every resident? No, there is not. Out of all the starting vaults, is there any which has enough jobs for everybody? No, there is not. Out of all the starting vaults, is there sufficient entertainment to distract people from doing other things? No, there is not. We could look at a variety of vaults and for most of them the answer would still be the same. Have you played the Fallout games?
