  1. BOA shouldn't cover it. Personal account security is the customer's responsibility. If I let someone in my home and they use my home phone to call other countries, I'm getting billed and rightfully so. Why should BOA pay for her stupidity?

  2. So she let's "her friend" use the phone, they move $1800.00 out then claim theft. If it works then BOA pays out, they get their own money back plus $1800.00 reimbursed. What if she's scamming?
