  1. Gosh, that would be 80th master level of manipulation! From what she said, it doesn't look like this at all. She is self-focused and reflective. And I'm someone who was in therapy as well, that's how I know. She genuinely said she benifited from therapy, and the nuances and insight like this are difficult to make up. Her primary focus on this was self benifit and it's great!

  2. Why? What is her benifit here or fron writing a book? She sounds very self-wellness and self-awareness focused. It's true that most psychosocionarcs don't pursue it though. They replace it with self-gratification and omnipotence

  3. I'm genuinely happy for her that she made an improvement with therapy. It's rare psychosocionarcs ever go there at all :(

  4. Not only psychosocionarcs, but anyone with severe issues who has access to the infinite use of their secific defense mechanisms like at job they picked or if they built their life around it. A lot of psychosocionarcs don't go to therapy even though they earn a lot of money. Why bother? Although she's a woman, maybe that's why. Men tend to avoid it even more.
