  2. Some US cities hav3 had reasonable renter policiee for 40 plus years ,buut nowhere in the US is there a comprehensive focus on housing policy like there is in the Netherlands.

  5. Good luck with the fact checking. It doesn't work in the US at all. Voters assume politicians are endemic liars, so there's no consequences when they lie.

  6. I always assumed we stole it from the Swedee, but from the Dutch is probably more likely. It doesn't quite fit the cultural values of the uk or us as well, sonwe don't have as many, and often theyre sort of a weird appendix to processes instead of well integrated and important.
