Russia-China-India-Vietnam-Cambodia-Laos-Malaysia-Singapore-Thailand-Sri Lanka-Nord Korea-Indonesia should have a strong military Alliance. Not sure about Philippines, Japan, SK... And what should RUSSIA do, when Finland-Sweden joins NATO? They are then surrounded by enemies.
