I like to be lectured about the promises the USA and NATO made in 1990’s to educate myself, but l think, to bring this up and up to remind these US incompetent, undiplomatic lunatics, unwilling to go out of their war mongering, and war propaganda way just one centimetre is useless. All these child-plays, having a secret reply finally without naming the “intelligence”, who have worked on this rejective piece, are irrelevant. I do not know, why any high officer from Russia would respond to this insanity immediately, instead of not responding at all for at least awhile., like the USA+NATO did to the Russian safety proposal. The whole process of trying to negotiate with ghostlike puppet-Government-officials from the USA is the most bizarre, unreal situation since..?... My general problem is, how come such a poor country (intellectually, educational and from the living standard of all citizen) like the USA can manipulate, actually govern billions of people of this world with their wired values, and currency. ????? Something is utterly wrong here, and needs to be corrected.
