  1. As explained in channel J. Hinkle, the money is going for production of javelens, tanks etc. not as money to Ukraine. Second, l don’t believe, that Russia wanted seriously negotiate with this scum bag called Zelensky, especially, as the labs, the ammunition’s, the Westerners were discovered. How would Russia be able to clean up the Azov, after negotiations. I am on Russia’s side. Ukraine must be demilitarised to have it as a neutral, peaceful neighbour. Anything else does not make sense, as denazification cannot be achieved, without cleaning the whole vast country. It’s a big task.
