@ajdoyle9559 I know,I understand why you’re saying that as there is a huge stigma for and against made by both men and women.
I responded to your comment because you said 90% of woman, will find him guilty anyway.
However, you didn’t say 90% of the women that are posting comments online are saying he’s guilty.
First of all,
I’m neither for or,against either party.
What I state isn’t my opinion nor am I referring to this present court case being held.
Unfortunately,for both Men and Women.
The “cry rape”, is a terminology for a sexual encounter, that is either true or not.
Although there’s always grey areas regarding anything.
Sadly,The women who do this purely on purpose, for whatever reasons that may be,
and are successful,
Destroy not only the man’s life but also his family, friends career etc.
Innocent men can go to jail.
Sadly, said situation has created an enormous amount of uncertainty and doubt, for the women who are true Victims who do get raped.
The man goes free.
The theory of men and women who side together,
Simply because they are of the same sex.
Basically tar everyone with the same brush.
Is it fair? No.
Is it ignorant and narrow minded? Yes.
Is it hypocritical? Yes.
Is it judgmental? Yes.
Generally no one actually knows the real truth unless, they were involved.
I could go on and on.
I don’t give my personal opinion.
My opinion isn’t relevant.

@IDK-bt3kl Yes,I have the same thoughts and a lot more.
I’m neither for or against each party involved.
Atm.
Im trying to think out of the box.
That is difficult to do,without of course reading the transcripts and the actual timeline.
Witness statements ect.
Even then justice doesn’t always prevail,
For either party.
It’s really hard when the media is posting or reporting on the case and there is small discrepancies in each report from the media.
We are hearing everything second hand and definitely all of it.
The media that is covering the case that are present in the court room, have a duty of care to not repeat certain things to the public.
I’m studying the case with a non biased view.
I have a few theories.
Everything you say is completely valid to try and put the pieces together.
A few scenarios I’ve put together.
She’s lying about everything and Conner and the other man are completely innocent.
They’re all lying to a degree and no one knows what really happened except the 4 of them.
I know they all definitely not telling the whole truth.Regardless of all of what we’ve seen and heard.
The memory loss, blackouts whether they are true or not.
Could have some connection and inconsistencies that could be attributed to some of her recollections,
Could be,she may have ingested,
Rohypnol or GHB or something similar without knowing it.
These drugs all have a short half life.
Depending on the time of administration in conjunction to her getting bloods and urine testing.
The cocktail of Alcohol,Coke,Zoloft and possibly one of these other drugs,
Probably not eating anything.
Could attribute to her behaviour.
I am in no way suggesting this happened.
I’m not making excuses for her.
Just a few theories.
This one is quite
