  4. The military leader of Niger took a wise decision not to meet the american delegates. It would have been suicidal for him to do so. It would have been his deletion by the americans.

  5. Building that $100million military base in Niger is no big deal. Besides, Niger has for a very long time supplied the west (France and US) with cheap uranium. That has already paid off the cost of the US military base there 10 times over.
