@somuchfortalent Looking at how it occured, my take is that someone who knew he just sold his house and he has a lot of money may be behind this, or someone from both banks where he deposited his money, could have been involved. It has to be someone close and knew he has suddenly come into huge sums of money. That is where the police investigation should start from..🤔😠

Cmon guys, cmon. The guy is Ukrainian by birth. It doesn't matter if he migrated to the US decades ago, he still has that Ukrainian dna mindset in him on making quick 'fishy' money. Why won't he fall easily for a scam. 😂😁😉

 @sneksteppy Actually he grew up in Ukraine, the most corrupt country in europe before moving to the US. So, one should not be surprised at his love for easy money..🙄 😒

For this scammers to be overseas like you say, they must be very sophisticated with very advanced computer networks, or maybe Apps on someone's phone that collates bank account details belonging to foreigners in western countries like the US, UK, Canada etc. It is so, so very hard to do from the outside so, i believe they maybe inside the US and working with "shadow" staffs (friends of the scammers) in the banks or in real estate. How else could they know so quickly, he had that money sitting in his bank acct already? 😳
