  12. The tour guide is to blame as well as those in charge of the dam. This is not about just erecting a warning sign, but also erecting a steel or metal barrier across the river. The barrier will look like a fence placed close to the danger point where the dam is. That way no one will sail close to it, or be pushed down by the force of the river....I really feel so sorry for the family, its so sad.

From the banking sector (e.g 2008/2009 mortgage financial crises), fossil fuels, health care (no medicare for all), education (students' loan crises), to the Wall street stock market, i don't know of any sector of the US economy that is not been manipulated. Yep, the US is the leader in the free world of manipulations.
