  1. I hate to see good places go to waste or abandoned. I hate to see people give up on their beautiful town when other opportunities are available to change the place for the better. Agriculture, such as animal rearing, mechanised farming on a massive scale can turn this town back to its former glory, but that will cost a lot of money.....even though there are a lot of millionaires in Russia who should be able to do it.
