In other countries, that's exactly correct but in the US, everything and every industry is for profit. If you don't agree with it, you're called a socialist or, a communist. 😊

@seeking.harmony Because President Reagan said so. Remember his usual political statement, "big govt is the problem"?

This guy should be invited onto the Jimmy Dore show, by Jimmy himself. He will really love to have him. 😊

@bartdoo5757 You don't get it do you? Healthcare for everyone should not be made into a ''for profit industry". This is because a person health has no alternatives. So, why should companies profit from it?

@juan_a_villanueva You're really slow or else, you should know that taxes are deducted from your income to provide healthcare for you among other things, and not you paying out of pocket TWICE for that same healthcare. If healthcare is slow in your State, blame your congress man or, woman for denying the required funding from your taxes meant for healthcare to deal with the problem.

@juan_a_villanueva "Nothing is free in this world". Well said by a successful indoctrinated capitalist. The govt did a good 'Mk Ultra mind control' on you, i see.

@juan_a_villanueva How much do you pay police officers, fire fighters, military personnels out of your pocket (not taxes) to provide the services you and the country needs whenever a serious incident occurs? How slow or, effective are they at their jobs, according to you?

@juan_a_villanueva Hospital doctors, nurses, care givers, pharmacists are not the ones who are greedy. Big pharma corporations that have captured your govt are the ones making healthcare a for profit, expensive industry making you pay TWICE for the same services. Why is it so difficult for you to get it?

This short documentary is unfortunately not comprehensive enough. If the truckers go back to how it was, goods delivered will get expensive due to high trucker fees. That affects other industries as well, adding to the existing high cost of living. There has to be a compromise for a solution to solve this.
