"To every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction"...- Sir Isaac Newton. Funny how this physics science law of motion applies to every day life....

PPP (Private, Public Participation) initiatives can be a win-win for both govt and the private investor in that key sector of the economy. It brings savings, innovation, future modernisation, private sector funding, e.t.c. but the govt needs to be careful to ensure that its equity in the joint venture is as high as 45%. This gives the govt leverage in decision making on the board, dividend earnings, prevents monopolistic tendencies and ensures govt shares are not easily diluted over time...

This Polish action against a Russian gas company in Poland does not make any good sense. Poland has said they will not buy Russian gas in roubles under a new agreement announced by Russia, so this polish action does not mean Russia will not turn off the gas eventually if Poland continues to refuse payment. Russia will turn off the gas...

They have not been to battle, yet a very expensive and powerful submarine has been damaged already. That is what i call a very alert, efficient and focused US Navy in the south china sea.....lol.

Another foolish project, was the regional jet which she spent $$billions on and was finally cancelled after its first successful flight.
7
How the Iranian military were able to achieve all these, while under western sanctions is simply amazing. Kudos to the Iranians, keep it up...n

With all the gigantic military aircrafts the US boast of, they can't evacuate all American citizens? That as far as am concerned is extremely shameful. How is that even possible?...
6
Really? You must be kidding right? Do you know that the Japanese space agency has been in existence since the 70s and yet they can't achieve 10% of what everyone expects from them or, what China has achieved already in the space industry. We also know money is not the problem. Japan is a very rich country, but unfortunately spends money foolishly. E.g the olympics that cost over $20billion and not the initial $10billion budgeted.
6
How in the world did he muster the energy to do that? Most people i know in their 70s are rather tired, in ill health or lazy due to old age and can't be bothered with any energy sapping activity....Good work by the way.

I wonder what the Aussies are thinking now since this is one of the subs they want to buy from the US.
5
That is true but if the govts equity holding in the partnership scheme is considerable then there is nothing to worry about.
4
@motherlandbot6837 If infrastructure in most cities in the US is in very poor state, shouldn't the federal and state governments provide the needed funds to build new ones? surely this will create jobs and reduce the unemployment rate nationwide in the US dramatically in 2021. A no brainer to me.
4
I wish i have that kind of talent. If i have a lot of money i will pay him to build a lot of it, 100/200, and donate them to many children's science schools to display in their halls. A reminder of China's great achievement in 2020.
4
Charles Pearce Why is everything CCPish to westerners, Can't you guys appreciate something good from China?
3
@Lord A Ok first one you call it China virus, but this second one is definitely a UK virus- UK covid20.
3
London flu? Nah more like UK covid20.
3
I guess he has forgotten when he was a school kid and the same thing must have happened to his teacher too. lol.
3
Russia should monitor them all carefully. Some of them may be Azov neo-nazi fighters pretending to be innocent civilians just to escape from the steel plant...
3
I don't understand the Chinese sometimes. From watching this, they seem to be so good at making different types of military aircraft but so terrible at making commercial civil avaition aircrafts. Hmmm I wonder why?.....
2
This is one of the reasons i don't subscribe to CGTN. Videos of half a min does no one any good. Why not do a 20 - 30mins documentary about this which is what most people like us want to see...
2
Both the US, Canada and China had to come to an agreement to 'save face' on the allegations of Huawei's Meng going against US sanctions and the Canadian journalists as spys. I guess politics and not the justice system in both countries wins the day..
2
Whenever CGTN reports news, they are always fair in their reporting all round. However when the US main stream media reports news, they are always attacking others in their reporting all round. Shucks!.
2
Hahahaha that is just hilarious.
2
Hahahaha,Yeah man i agree with you.
2
@lambertlum1087 I agree with you man. Take for instance the Chinese recent robotic space craft trip to the moon the change-5, which was very successful but too expensive even according to today's cost estimates. It would have been more cost effective if the space craft robots deployed for this space exploration had more missions than just one 'job' - retrieve moon rocks from one location on the moon. Missions to the moon to retrieve moon rocks from different locations of the moon using the same space crafts is possible, if the Chinese space agency had factored that into their mission to the moon from the beginning. There wouldn't have been a change-3, change-4, or even a change-5 doing different things. All would have been done simply by using the same space craft already on the moon and that one parked in earth's orbit in space.
2
@Lord A A virus is a virus man, what is your problem. Stop being so patriotic. Viruses do not differentiate between an English man or a Chinese man, or any man as long as they are humans. Get over it.
2
You are absolutely right. China was blamed for not revealing all about the corona virus earlier. Now the UK knows how difficult it is to go to press so quickly with critical information until one is absolutely sure about things. That's why they had no choice but to wait 3 months to tell the world about this, from September - to December 2020.
2
@上原恵太郎 That's a good idea. Some smart people will make cash on that very soon.
2
covert puppytwo There is a saying among astronauts & cosmonauts alike..."in space there are no borders"..i.e no one is a citizen of a certain country but we are all one.
2
Skylab is not a true space station but the useless part of the third stage of the saturn five rocket. The US spent eleven billipn dollars and could not build a space station it was the Russians that kick started the building of the ISS.
2
I am not surprised it failed. Japan has lost its technological edge a long time ago. With the high level of corruption in her govt, spending money by govt agencies and not achieving much at the end of the day is the way to go in Japan.
2
You don't seem to get it. Temu is the shopping site intentionally removing items from their shelfs, not that americans won't buy it with the tariffs on them.
1
@Andrew-v4z6u Yes, i know. I wonder if using a VPN by Americans to 'mask' their location and help avoid the tariffs can solve the problem. Idk.
1
@yvetteblack9370 But most people today, prefer buying stuff and doing business with their computers online. If VPN can't help mask (block) american buyers transactions online with China, that is sadly a big problem.
1
@yvetteblack9370 Point of correction, Russia 🇷🇺 and N.korea are not totally isolated, especially Russia which is a founding member of the economic bloc called the BRICS.
1
Congratulations, China has done exactly what led to the war in Iraq and Libya, buying crude oil by bypassing the use of the American dollar to do that. Now we all know why the trade war was instigated, the Hong Kong protests were funded, and finally the corona virus was 'planted' in Wuhan China. Lets just pray this will not lead to a 'hot' war from the various 'cold' war we all have experienced so far since 2017.
1
Temp° on the moon can drop below -200°celcius, i.e 200 times below 0°c. Wow, I did not know that. How then was it possible for the American astronauts to have made it to the moon six times successfully at those terrible temperatures with 1960s technology? The truth is they NEVER went. They FAKED it....lol.
1
Nice gun but i think there is a need to improve on that. I can help them if they want. I call it the PPK 21.....hahahah...lol.
1
😂😅😂😂😅
1
@kickyouinhalf But you have to accept the fact that, those Chinese rockets didn't make it into space.
1
@AveXx Stop getting your news from american main stream media. It sucks to read such typical repetitive fake news. 😒
1
@kickyouinhalf But that is the point i am making. Although the chinese developed rockets using solid fuel most likely made with gunpowder propellants, they were used for ceremonial events and wars. So, don't kickmeinhalf since its obvious you agree with my previous comment. 😉
1
Congratulations China, however i wonder why it took so long in coming. With China's expertise in space rocket and space craft technology, this should have been a piece of cake.
1
Or, women from Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia just to name a few of S.korea's neighbours. 🙄
1
@deschan7476 hahahaha....lol.
1
All space crafts and re-entry space vehicles should now by law be re-usable. No more one time use of space craft vehicles. It is possible to do this
1
@lambertlum1087 "Where there is a will, there is a way". This is an old saying and i believe in it.
1
Why give out visas to attract the workers back from the EU?..The solution is to offer working permits of 2yrs to previous EU lorry/truck drivers to attract them back to the UK. The UK can charge them for this...
1
Its a case of communism for whoever becomes a representative in congress (i.e their term limits), but democracy for whoever becomes the president of the United States. I find that hilarious.
1
No, its more like UK covid20.
1
@MrPurge11 Well since you are referring to origins then this is the true origin of the corona virus. Lets go science shall we.... //youtube.com/watch?v=o5LZ8YtCNz0
1
The best way to get to the moon right now and very cost effective is to just use a space station as the launch vehicle. It has abundance space, protected from space radiation and has ability to be pushed by rockets all the way there....
1
I feel sorry for you, O great indoctrinated one from the west. 😜🤪🤭
1
Where is Liu Xin, i love that woman and i miss her solid news reports on CGTN. Pls bring her back or direct me to her network...
1
I guess you can make this dish using spaghetti too because it looks more like a spaghetti dish rather than a dish made of noodles....idk.
1
.. Hahahaha.You are so funny,
1
Why is everything 'Putin's fault'? Putin had nothing to do with the decision by the EU to impose sanctions on Russia which led to this. By the way, if this food is known as British fish and chips, how come it is also called by some french fries? Did the British steal the recipe from the french? I won't be shocked if they did...
1
What is your problem? 😕
1
How is that even possible? To build an A.I killer robot machine that can easily identify a middle-eastern man for termination, from a white hair blue eyed western man? Thats crazy, crazy advanced high tech. If it already exists in the US military, we are all in trouble...
1
These people are violent protesters not domestic terrorists. Where there gunshots, did they use bombs, did so many people in hundreds die during the protests? Why compare what happened at the capitol to real terrorism that people in the middle-east have been going through for decades. Nonsense.
1
Congratulations China for standing firm by your lady Mrs Meng....
