  14. Actually, a lot of that takes place these days. If you watch 'paternity court' online, DNA tests are done when cases such as this are brought up in court, whenever the father has doubts about his kids and wife's infidelity.

How can the man be so certain, about acquiring more assets in the future and so should include more of it in the pre-nup. If he doesn't it will be thrown out of the court. He cannot know that.
