@TheStubertos It doesn't really work like that in their world. Billionaires don't 'technically' retire even if it says so on paper. They still command strong influence in the business, social and political world. Many of them through their connections and influence, can get anything that they want done just like that. Cross them at your own peril. 😕

I agree with every point in your comment but, staying too long in a company you built rather than quit at the right time, due to old age can lead to it's downfall. It is much better to retire, sell their equity stakes in it and perhaps invest in a lower value company with potential and help build it up into a billion $dollar corporation.
