@l33t007 Oh i see. So, its only a wife's family that has made all the effort, money, time, love, sacrifice and energy in raising a daughter of worth. The groom's family did nothing of the sort to their son, because all sons raised by their family have no good striats whatsoever to point to in their character. Ok, got it. 👏 👏👍

Something tells me those who don't like this, will somehow find a way around it. They may ask for gifts of hundreds of thousands of yuan, for the bride long before the marriage takes place.
